RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address are correct as it cannot be modified or changed.
If you received damaged goods or the wrong item please email orders@sainthoax.shop with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country.
Should an International order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website.
If you refuse a shipment from Saint Hoax, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Saint Hoax.

TRACKING

Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
